Questions about testing
Is ThriveOn Creatine third-party tested?
Yes. A sample of every finished lot goes to Analytical Resource Laboratories (ARL) in Utah, an independent lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, for heavy metals, microbes and gluten before it is released. We don't test our own product, and we publish ARL's results here, lot by lot.
What happens if a lot fails?
It doesn't ship. Our packer holds or rejects any lot that misses a limit, and only released lots reach us.
Where does the creatine come from?
It's Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate, made by Alzchem in Trostberg, Germany, and packaged in the USA in an NSF GMP-certified facility.
Can I get the certificate for my lot?
Yes. If your lot isn't listed yet, email care@trythriveon.com with the lot number and we'll send it.
