ThriveOn Return & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At ThriveOn, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind—while keeping things fair and simple for everyone.  

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below.  

2. Return Eligibility 

  • Unopened Products – Eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping, within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Opened Products – Only eligible for return under our First-Time Purchase Guarantee for ThriveOn Stronger (see below). 
  • ThriveOn Stronger - First-Time Purchase Guarantee – If this is your first time trying ThriveOn Stronger and you’re not satisfied after using it for at least 30 days, you may request a full refund, even if the product is opened. To activate this one-time Satisfaction Promise, contact our support team within 40 days of delivery and include the phrase (or similar): "Requesting ThriveOn Satisfaction Promise" Applies to one unit per household and cannot be combined with bulk orders or other offers. 
  • Subscription Orders – The first order in a subscription is eligible under our standard return policy. Future recurring orders are not returnable unless the product arrives defective. 
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items – If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. 

3. Return Process 

  1. Contact Us – Email care@trythriveon.com within the return window for your product. 
  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll issue a return authorization and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. 
  3. Prepare Your Return – Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return form provided. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package. 
  4. Ship the Product – You may ship the return yourself using a trackable method of your choice, or request a prepaid return label from us. If you use our prepaid label, a flat $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.     You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  5. Inspection & Refund Timing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, we’ll contact you.  

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items 

  • Sale Items – Products purchased on sale or during special promotions are final and not eligible for return. 
  • Bulk Purchases – Orders of 3 or more units of the same product are only returnable if all units are unopened.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds 

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation - the standard return policy applies upon delivery.

  • If you cancel after an order has shipped but before it arrives, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered and then follow our standard return process.

  • Exceptions: First-Time Purchase of ThriveOn Stronger (see above). 

    • First-Time Purchase of ThriveOn Stronger (see above). 
    • First order in a subscription (eligible under normal return terms). 

     

6. Shipping Costs & Refund Policy 

  • Return Shipping – You may ship your return yourself using any trackable method, or request a prepaid label from us. If you use our prepaid label, a flat $8 fee will be deducted from your refund. No fee applies if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees – Non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

7. Satisfaction Commitment

8. Fair Use Policy 

To protect the integrity of our return program, ThriveOn reserves the right to deny refund or return requests in cases of suspected misuse or excessive returns.
