ThriveOn Stronger Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome & Acceptance 

Welcome to the ThriveOn Stronger Ambassador Program. We're excited to partner with creators, professionals, and advocates who share our mission to support women 40+ with science-backed wellness. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and guidelines (including FTC disclosure requirements). 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the program. Participation is expressly prohibited without agreement to these Terms. 

2. Program Types 

ThriveOn offers two ways to share and earn: 

Refer-a-Friend Program: Customers can refer friends using a personal share link. When a friend makes their first purchase using the referral code, both the referring customer and the referred friend receive $10 in ThriveOn store credit. This store credit can only be redeemed toward future ThriveOn purchases and is not cashable or transferable. The Refer-a-Friend program is automatically available to all customers post-purchase and does not require application or approval. 

ThriveOn Ambassador Program: Approved creators, professionals, and brand partners may apply to become ThriveOn Ambassadors. Ambassadors receive a unique affiliate code and link, a customer discount code for first-time purchasers and earn commissions on qualifying orders. ThriveOn Stronger Ambassadors are paid monthly and gain access to a dedicated dashboard with performance tracking.

3. Eligibility 

To qualify for the ThriveOn Ambassador Program, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years of age 
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement without the permission of any third party 
• Maintain a valid U.S. tax identification number for payouts
• Align with ThriveOn's mission and brand values
• Submit and receive approval via our ThriveOn Ambassador application process

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. 

4. Commission & Tracking 

Ambassadors earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through their unique link or code. Commission Rates: 

• 15% on the first purchase made by a new referred customer
• 15% on the first subscription order placed by a new referred customer
• 10% on recurring subscription renewals from customers originally referred by the ambassador
• 10% commission on subsequent orders made by a customer originally referred by the ambassador

Commissions apply only to sales tracked via your unique code or link and are calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, discounts, refunds or cancelled orders.

Attribution Model: Last-click 

Payout Terms:

• $50 minimum threshold 
• Paid monthly, 30 days after the end of the qualifying month 
• Commissions may be voided for refunds or chargebacks, cancelled orders, or fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Ambassadors are responsible for all applicable taxes related to commissions received.

5. Promo Code Use 

Ambassador promo codes must be used responsibly.

• Codes may not be shared on public coupon or deal sites 
• Codes may not be used for your own purchases (no self-referrals) 
• Codes many not be used in paid search ads or trademark bidding without written permission
• Codes may not be used in domains or websites that impersonate ThriveOn.
• ThriveOn reserves the right to revoke or modify codes at any time 

6. Brand Representation & Community Standards 

ThriveOn Ambassadors represent the brand publicly and must uphold high standards of honesty and professionalism. Ambassadors agree to: 

• Represent the brand truthfully and respectfully 
• Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims or fear-based marketing 
• Follow ThriveOn brand messaging guidelines
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws
• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly in all content (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored #I may earn a commission if your purchase through my link). Disclosures must be clear and visible at the beginning of captions or content.
• Uphold FTC guidelines and ThriveOn’s standards 

7. Health & Product Claims

ThriveOn products are dietary supplements.

Ambassadors may not make medical, disease or treatment claims about ThriveOn products. Prohibited statements include claims that ThriveOn products:

• Treat or cure medical conditions
• Prevent diseases
• Treat menopause or hormonal disorders
• Treat anxiety, depression or chronic fatigue
• Prevent osteoporosis
• Replace medical treatment or prescription medications

Ambassadors may describe products only in terms of supporting normal body structure or function, such as:

• Supporting muscle, bone and joint strength
• Supporting brain energy and focus
• Supporting collagen production
• Supporting recovery and resilience

ThriveOn reserves the right to request modification or removal of any content that includes prohibited claims.

8. Content Conduct

Ambassadors may not:

• Misrepresent their relationship with ThriveOn
• Claim to speak on behalf of the company 
• Publish misleading, offensive, obscene, unlawful, or harmful content
  

ThriveOn reserves the right to request removal of any content inconsistent with brand values. Ambassadors must remove ThriveOn-related content upon request. ThriveOn reserves the right to remove any Ambassador at its sole discretion if their behavior, content, or public conduct is deemed inconsistent with our brand values or community expectations. 

9. Intellectual Property & Content Licensing 

By participating in this program, you grant ThriveOn a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right to repost your affiliate content across ThriveOn’s owned and operated social media platforms for organic promotional purposes. This may include your likeness, name, social handle, image, voice, and other personal attributes contained in such content. 

This license does not permit paid advertising use without written permission. The license remains valid for 12 months from the date your content is posted. 

10. Monitoring & Compliance

ThriveOn reserves the right to monitor ambassador content to ensure compliance with these Terms.

If content violates these guidelines, ThriveOn may request edits or removal.

Failure to comply may result in suspension of affiliate privileges, termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

11. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThriveOn and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: 

• Your participation in the program 
• Your breach of these terms 
• Your content or promotional activity
• Violations of advertising regulations or platform rules 
• Any harm caused by your content, including negligence or misconduct 
• Your failure to comply with applicable tax, legal, or union requirements 
• Any claim arising from your unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, likenesses, music, or images in content associated with the ThriveOn brand. 

12. Program Termination & Modification 

ThriveOn reserves the unconditional right to: 

• Modify or update these Terms at any time 
• Change commission rates or program structure 
• Discontinue the ThriveOn Ambassador Program or Refer-a-Friend Program entirely 

In the event of program discontinuation: 

• All referral links and codes will be deactivated 
• Approved commissions and rewards will be honored under standard payout timing
• ThriveOn will not be liable for lost earnings beyond the termination date 

13. Limitation of Liability 

ThriveOn is not responsible for: 

• Platform outages or technical errors 
• Tracking interruptions
• Untracked sales due to third-party blocking tools or user behavior 
• Loss of earnings resulting from suspension or termination 

Participation in the ThriveOn Ambassador Program is at your own risk. We do not guarantee earnings, sales volume, or continued access. 

14. Relationship 

You agree that your participation does not create any agency, employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship. Ambassadors are independent contractors. 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah. You waive any right to a jury trial.
